Adding a New Clinic Location

Contact your VetOS team and they will set up the new location for you. Each clinic gets its own space — staff at one location cannot accidentally access records from another.

You can share things like pricing lists and medication policies across all locations, so you do not have to set everything up from scratch.

If a client moves from one of your clinics to another, use the transfer feature. The pet's history comes along, clearly marked as a transfer. Both locations have a clean record of the move.
